March Madness

So maybe there has only been a little crazy going on at our place... but for the most part it's been a pleasant March. :)  Craig is LOVING the tramp now.  Fear has been replaced with Fun for Craig and we enjoy watching him get his crazy amount of energy out on the tramp, especially with all the other kids on with him :)
The weather in March was a little up and down, but I'll have to admit... I think we are all getting a little stir crazy.  We are needing to GET OUT! So on a semi-nice day I took the kids to the river.  Wet feet, wet dog... who cared, we loved it.
This last Christmas, my parents got us a fire pit and we finally broke it out! Every Saturday we have smore nite.  I'm finally learning how to get a good fire going on my own.  Kinda fun :)
Later in the Month the sun has been coming out and warming everything up, finally! And so we brought out our chalk. Craig loves to draw on everything and I'm always having to get after him for it.  Just the other day he took a marker, thankfully washable, and decorated my whole kitchen floor :/.  But outside with the chalk he's in scribble heaven :).
Carson and I searched for new growth everyday as we saw planting sprouting.  When our first flower came out be both did a happy dance ;).  Spring brings hope and new life, and that uplifts the soul.
The stinky part of March, no pun intended, was that our toilet was leaking from beneath and all the flooring had to be replaced.  Jeremy's dad came up for a weekend and they took everything out, ripped everything up, replaced bad with good, and put everything back together in one whole day! PHEW! They're amazing.  So grateful for a handy man in the house... what would we do without you Jer :)
The kids love eating outside, no matter what the weather is... BUT it sure seems more enjoyable for me when it's nice. ;)
Carson has been into puzzles... big time.  So borrowed a couple from a friend, because I LOVE them too! But it had to make me laugh though, I think a 1000 piece puzzle was a little much for Carson.  So he did his super hero puzzle next to me while the rest of us finished the big one.  It's hard for me to want to put a puzzle away when you've worked for so long and hard at it! Unfortunately, it had to go back in the box, the day after we got it done.  Eating dinner with a puzzle all over the table can be fun for only so long.
With the sun enticing me, I take my regular walks.  I love walking.  And Craig loves them too... but only if he gets to walk himself for a bit.  He's like Cami, doesn't want to be strapped down in a stroller, they want to run beside you.  So he's been my walking buddy lately :)
This last weekend we were able to attend one of the King's daughters wedding.  Tori looked so beautiful! And it was such a treat to be apart of their day.  The Kings have been a wonderful part of Jeremy and our lives and look forward to the moments we can be all together with them.
Congrats Tori and Jeremy! What a beautiful day to start a beautiful life together :)
