Thanksgiving 2014

What a Thanksgiving this year!  One of my favorite things to do is back rolls. I don't know why, but it's soothing to my soul.  So I volunteered to make a mess worth making.
What made this Thanksgiving special was that my brother Jake and his family came down to spend thanksgiving with all of us.  So the day before Christmas, Shelly and my mom came to our house to see Audrey and swap cousins for some good cousin time.
Shelly and Audrey
This little trio cracks me up.  They will play and play and play.  All only being months apart, its awesome :)
They hit Get Air a couple times while here.
Good older cousin time playing Risk
We celebrated Thanksgiving a day early to meet everyone's schedules.  To tell you the truth, I kind of liked it! The stores were open all day, and then on the actual Thanksgiving day we relaxed and shopped away! Kind of nice :)
Mom making the gravy
Dad and Tyler cutting the turkey
The feasting tables... and yes totally used paper plates!  With 20 plus people there, I don't think anyone wanted to do dishes ;)
The cousin platform! Feast away!
This year we did an ugly sweater contest... or well more like just for kicks and giggles.  Jeremy got me one from our local second hand store.  He did a good job, because it's hideous!
Mom and dad all dolled up in festiveness
Zack and Kori... love the bling!
Tyler, Crystal and little Lydia.  Even gift wrapped!
Jake and Shelly with their awkward senior posing, haha!
Ezra and Hayley gazing into each other's eyes ;)
Jessica and Dan... working the ugly sweaters ;) Actually, I kind of like Dan's. Shhh!
And then for the classic Father son pose.  And no, my brother Jake isn't mentally retarded, just looks like one here lol! That's Jacob for you, gotta love it :)
And then the turkey bowl! I wish I had a picture of Alex and Mason because those boys were glued non stop.  Football, football, and more football.  Alex was in heaven ;)
And Audrey got held by many.  Including oldest cousin Logan.  It was a memorable Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving!

2 months now

2 months already?? It baffles me every time I think about it.  Miss Audrey has been such a joyful addition to our Anderson Clan.
Two months old now
12.3 lbs, 83% for her height, and 100% for her head
She's growing so fast!
And constantly smiling.  She'll stop me in my tracks when she smiles.
Love You Audrey Anne.

Audrey's Blessing

Audrey was blessed this last Sunday.  What a sweet experience.  I am so grateful for the priesthood in our home.  For a worthy husband to hold such a gift and bless our children.
Grandma Elli has made Audrey's baby blessing bless and it was beautiful!
Gail has made all of her grandbabies blessing outfits actually. What a talent and gift to give to her grandchildren that they can hold onto forever!  I love this picture of Audrey and Grandma Elli.
We are so blessed to have Audrey in our lives.
Sisters.  One of the things that stood out to me in Audrey's blessing was that she was to look up to her older sister Cami.  My heart swells and my eyes fill as I watch these two girls.  They have a chance to be best friends for life. For eternity.
After the baby blessing day, we didn't have much time or good light (and she was not in the mood to take pictures then ;) to take very good pictures.  We had Grandpa Steve there, Grandma Elli, Grandma and Grandpa Christian, Uncle Tyler and William, Uncle Ezra, Aunt Hayley and their kids, and Aunt Kori and her two girls. So later that week, I put Audrey back in her dress and tried a few more pictures.
Cami wanted to frame a picture with her and Audrey in her blessing dress... so sweet.
Haha, this one makes me laugh, because Audrey was done taking pictures again.
But we got one more....
And then we took her out of it and took different ones :)
We love you Little Miss Audrey

Halloween Happenings 2014

This Halloween was extra special because we had both of Jeremy's parents in town.  Craig Loved having Papa Steve around to play with.
And Grandma Elli got tons of snuggle time with Audrey.  I'm kicking myself 'cause my little Craigers accidentally deleted the pic I had with Steve and Audrey together! Hopefully we'll get another chance soon to snap a picture again :)
Audrey has been a sweet bundle of joy.  I like to call her Ms. Spitty because this girl spits up like crazy!
That's the way I feel about it too! Especially when it gets all over me ;).  For some reason I still think she is way darn cute even when she's crying :)
This Halloween most of us were Seattle Seahawk fans.  Papa Steve got Audrey some seahawk apparel too so she could be apart of it.  Thank you Steve! She looks adorable.
The kids loved having Grandma and Grandpa here while Trick or Treating.  Carson wanted to be a power ranger.  He was our team's body gaurd ;P
Who doesn't love a huge bow/flower and such a tiny thing! So fun!
Trick or Treating down at the local stores and shops.  Cami was a great help making sure Craig got his candy.
Had to get a pic of these two sisters in their matching outfits
The 3 ladies in the house
Tummy Time for Audrey
She loved hanging out with Grandma Elli
Happy Halloween little Seahawk fan
Along with Halloween has come the wonderful fall weather.  I really do love the fall.  The kids and some neighbors played football in the backyard with Jeremy the other day.  I love him so much and how he takes time to play with his kids.
Craig and I have done a few walks as I have been recuperating.  And his latest fetish is finding the puff balls to blow.  He'll literally stop and make sure he gets every single one.  Taking time to 'smell the roses'. ;)
I love taking pictures of Audrey when she's asleep... so peaceful... so priceless... so heavenly.
Once again, we love the fall.  And the kids LOVE to chase the leaves when they're falling in the wind.  I love that about children!! Finding the joy in the simplest things of life.
The nice weather will be gone soon, so we've been making the best of it! Play time at the park with friends and family :)
