Every once in awhile we like to have a couple of our nieces over for a fun weekend. So yesterday, before it was time to take the cousins home, Jeremy and the kids gathered in the kitchen like little chefs, and whipped up a Coconut Cream and Lemon Meringue Pie together. Oh they were delicious! Kate, Tate, Cami, Alex, Carson and Jeremy... I give you an A+!

Ooooooh, that sounds so good. I'm not as much of a fan of coconut, but lemon meringue is to die for. I actually just picked up some Yoplait lemon torte cups from the store because I was craving that lemony goodness.
