Prayers, Pend Oreille, Poliwogs, Parties, Pairs

Where do I begin!!  Let's start here:
I'm not sure if Cami was praying laying down or praying in her sleep, or most likely just sleeping this way.  Either way it was pretty cute :).
She was probably saying: "Please let us have a fan-tabulous time with our friends out on Lake Pend Orielle tomorrow!"
2 weekends ago we went to Sandpoint and played on Lake Pend Oreille.  1,000 feet deep!
I have so many pictures so I'll keep my narrating to a minimum....
our evening walk when we first arrived with the Morales.  We haven't seen them for awhile so it's really cute to watch the kids interact again... like time hasn't changed a thing :)
playing at the nearby park
Ankle deep at a private dock
First night at the lake house that our friends parents own
The kids didn't fall asleep til almost midnight.. to excited :)
Delicious breakfast Saturday morning : Apple pie pancakes with the nummiest homemade Buttermilk Caramel sauce I've ever had!
Saturday morning cartoons :)  Great pass time while adults getting things ready for our lake outing
Natalie Potter loving the sand at Lake Pend Orielle!
I was told the water was going to be super cold because it's such a deep lake, but it really was perfect! We played in it all day long
It was nice because they had a huge kids section blocked off that allowed us to no worry too much about little ones venturing out too far
Go Lucy!!
Karalee sunbathing with the sand
Jumping off the floating dock in the middle of the swim area
More sand castle building... but for Craig it was sand castle destroying :)
Alex chilling in the boat
Craig and Jeremy ready to tube
Carson and Jeremy on a wild ride!
Tyler and Carson ready to go... before getting swamped, whoops! I was super impressed with the 2 boys though, they gave it another try
Last but not least, lady liberty pose! The Potters :)  Ben, Corinne, Natalie, Lucy, Karalee, Camille, Caleb, and Eliza
The Morales' who made it all happen :)... Lisa, Jaime, Lindsey, Olivia, Aiden, and Tyler
And us!  We had so much fun! Thank you for such an awesome time Jaime and Lisa!
Next, on the 24th of July for Pioneer Day our ward had an activity.  Some people from the farms brought down HUNDREDS of tadpoles for the kids to catch.  And since we were one of the last people to leave we went home with a huge bucket full.  You really can't tell but we had at least a hundred tadpoles in there.  I told the kids we wouldn't be able to take care of that many.  So....
I let them keep six :) so we could watch them grow into frogs
And then we released the rest into the river
On Friday night, the boys went camping.... in the back yard :)
And last but not least... grandma had a grandkid swim party :)... but only the girls stayed over night.
Oh wait!!  One more cutsy to do pic:
Hank Hartley and Craig
Little twins at church (un planned ;).  These two boys roam the halls of church 3rd hour together getting into all sorts of mischief :) I hope they get to be good friends as get older

Run or Dye

They say "You haven't lived if you haven't 'dyed' running".  So we lived it up this last Saturday!
My sister Jess and I entered in the Run or Dye 5K and have been long awaiting this madness :)
Our race was at 9 so we waited for it to start.  Jeremy and the kids (except Craig), came to watch and support us.  This is us... CLEAN
Tanner got a little taste of the color fun right at the beginning.
In 5 different spots there were color stations and Jess n I were asking for it! (Sorry about the plumber shot from the lady below! Jeremy says it's a photo bomb... or shall we say Photo BUM!)
Speaking of bums... ;P Off we go to next one!
It was a fun run (not timed) so we stopped for a pose where Jeremy and the kids were cheering us on
While Jess and I were finishing up, Jeremy and the kids got to help at one of the color stations.
Sha-Bang! Look at these yella' people! Even the Dog got in it! Woo-hoo!
Jeremy took his glasses off and you can see where they were
When I first saw the kids I instantly thought 'Despicable Me'.  He looks like one of the yellow minions!
And yep we got plastered, it was awesome :)
You can see where Jessica's pant line was, haha!
It was so much fun to do this with my sis.  Unforgettable :)
It was a fun day :) In the car we tried to be careful at first, but it was inevitable... and I'm still patting out color dust from the car ;).  I dyed running and loved every bit of it!
