A wedding to Remember

Last weekend we headed to Utah for Jeremy's mom's wedding.  This has been a long time waiting and we are so happy for her :).  On our drive out there we were greeted with this beautiful rainbow.  It actually was a full blown rainbow but my camera couldn't capture it all.
Gail Elliott married David Hales (Robert D. Hale's son).  It was a beautiful temple ceremony.  They were sealed by the apostle.  What an experience!
We got to see the Oquirrah Mt. temple and it is a pretty one.
Jeremy's brother Josh and his wife Amie were with us.  Aren't they a gorgeous couple! It is always wonderful to see family that's far away.
These brothers are a hoot when they're together... we are always laughing when they're around :)
After the sealing we grabbed the kids and headed to the top of the Joseph Smith memorial bldg for the reception.  What a view!!
We enjoyed good food and music.  And Robert D. Hales was there also.  We got to sing a musical number at the reception and the kids got to go meet their new great grandpa and grandma.  They shook hands with an apostle and his wife. They thought that was pretty special. :) (and probably the only time they'll be able to see them face to face)
Dakotah quite enjoying her meal :)
Amie and Jeremy's sister Launa
Jeremy's brother Randell on the side and part of the crowd of kiddos.  They did impressively well at the dinner :)
Carson and Alex pausing for a moment to smile for me. :)  In the background you can see Robert D. Hales enjoying his dinner and company.
Craig started out as some what of a monster and I thought the reception was going to be a tornado with him... but once the food came out he sat quite peacefully.  Thank you Craig!
Chilling with dad
Gail is so happy and we are elated for her! She was beaming and her heart was full.  Congrats to you Gail and Dave!
This picture was shared with us by Gail.  It is Elder Hales' and his wife's 60th wedding anniversary here.  It was really neat to actually meet them.
