This weekend we had a few things to celebrate about. First things first, my brother Zack passed his huge MRI registry test that he has been studying so hard for! We were elated for him :). On his way home from the test he stopped by our place and helped us with a huge project. He even helped us go above and beyond our goal for the day. At Jeremy's office we have been trying to get the outside fixed up some and looking nice. Jer has put in a sprinkler system and is getting some grass growing. And this weekend these two awesome guys, Jeremy and my brother Zack, shoveled over 11,000 lbs of rock around the office. I helped rake out the rock, (secretly hoping to induce labor ;), and we were able to improve the looks of our landscaping at the office. We still have a bit to go, but the little bit of progress feels so good, and is very exciting to see it all come together.
The kids were so good that day, playing well with each other and keeping each other company :).
Also, my mom's quartet and chorus competed this weekend in Spokane. Her quartet got 10th this year out of 24 quartets and improved 37 points! And her chorus kept their #1 title in the small chorus competition, out of 19 groups. Way to go mom! (She's the one in the middle)
My sis came down again this weekend too, which we always love :). She wanted to do a look-alike-picture with me, by stuffing a ball in her shirt. LOL, pretty darn close! Except I'm just a little more filled out everywhere else than she is ;). We get such kick out of this.
It was a good and full weekend. Just waking up most days wondering, "Will this be the day?" Not YET!
