For family home evening we sliced into our first pumpkin! (Small secret, not a big fan of carving pumpkins... But only doing one is do-able:). Alex designed the eyes, Carson the nose, and Cami designed the mouth. And Jeremy carved. The kids enjoyed scooping out the middle, going at it for a half hour.
And wah-lah! One scary jack-o-lantern ;)

You are not alone. But I don't keep it a secret! My kids all know I hate it. Doing everyone's pumpkin always feels like I am in a nightmare of sorts. Great idea to let everyone design a part of the pumpkin! Love it!
